Rental Information

Meeting Space Available for Rental

Located at 1350 N 10th St, near downtown Abilene, Alliance for Women & Children has two rooms available for rental.

Alliance for Women & Children reserves the right to approve all groups and their activities prior to rental, as well as bill each group for any damages to the Alliance for Women & Children building or it’s contents during rental.

Board Room (1,130 sq. ft)

  • Seats 30-40 people theater style (without tables)
  • Seats 25-30 with tables
  • Rental fee during normal business hours - $75 for first 2 hours and $25 for each hour thereafter.
  • Rental fee for evenings and weekends - $125 for the first 2 hours and $25 for each hour thereafter.

Auditorium (1,802 sq. ft)

  • Seats 120-150 people theater style (without tables)
  • Seats 80-100 with tables (limited number of chairs available)
  • Rental fee during normal business hours - $175 for first 2 hours and $75 for each hour thereafter.
  • Rental fee for evenings and weekends - $225 for the first 2 hours and $75 for each hour thereafter.

Kitchen
If your group chooses to use the kitchen during your rental, there is an additional cost of $125. It is equipped with 2 ovens and stovetops, sink and large counter work area. The kitchen is adjacent to the auditorium. We require the kitchen be thoroughly cleaned by the rental group following use.

Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve the space for rental. Deposit will be returned to rental group if building is left clean and undamaged.

The Alliance for Women & Children is an alcohol/tobacco free facility.
